“Help plan and conduct one of the FBLA Ceremonies (FBLA Emblem Ceremony, Chapter Installation, Officer Installation, or New Member Induction Ceremony) at a local chapter meeting, an Open House, a local chapter event, or for a new or reactivated FBLA chapter.”
This activity not only enhances members’ leadership skills, but it contributes to organization and communication. First, the member must be a leader in order to conduct one of the ceremonies. Secondly, the member must be able to communicate with others to successfully plan an event and ensure good attendance. Lastly, the member must be organized to plan a ceremony and ensure that all runs smoothly and efficiently.
