January rings in a new season of Region Leadership Conferences held in 15 different cities across the state. At your meetings, you can recognize the members who attended RLC and have them talk about their experience and what they gained from it. Having members talk about RLC, how much fun they had and how much they learned, may encourage other members to attend the State Leadership Conference.
Take some time to recognize the members that competed and the members that placed in their competitive events at RLC. When members see that it is possible to place at the Region level, they might want to sign up to compete at the State level, or even compete next year.
