Swainsboro High School FBLA held its annual silent auction fundraiser on Friday, October 30. Members collected over 150 items for the auction from local businesses and individuals. The auction was held in conjunction with the Swainsboro Exchange Club’s Pancake Supper and the last home football game against Metter High School. Items auctioned off included a dog house, fertilizer, cakes, pies, shirts, and local artisan made items. The auction generated over $2,000. All items were donated and 100% of the proceeds will assist members in competing at the Georgia FBLA State Leadership Conference in March.
