The Bleckley County High School Career and Technical Student Organizations of FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, and HOSA came together to raise money for the student organizations and for Buddy Ball, a community program very dear to them all. The Second Annual Royal Reverse Pageant was held on Friday, May 10 at Bleckley County High School Auditorium. We had a myriad of contestants participate in the event. We were very honored to have Representative Danny M., Ellen M. along with Jordy G. served as our judges for the event. We had over 20 contestants from the Bleckley County student body participate in this event.
Through the People’s Choice Award voting we were able to raise $484.00 for our local Buddy Ball program at the Cochran Bleckley Recreation Department. All other proceeds go directly to the CTSO programs at Bleckley County High School to assist students with monetary needs for conference, competitions and organization activities.
We were honored to have Walt P. and Lonnie G. emcee the evening. Little Miss Bleckley County Forestry Queen, Colleen T., assisted with individual awards and the crowning of our winner. Coming in as 3rd Runner Up was Sapphire Sparkle, 2nd Runner Up was Star Child, 1st Runner Up was Talicious and our Royal Reverse Queen was Diamond Sparkle.
