Cook High School FBLA members have been working diligently to earn recognition for the Business Achievement Award (BAA) program. There are four levels of the program: Future, Business, Leader, and America. Each level incorporates Service, Education, and Progress activities to hone the leadership skills of the members. These activities are aligned with the Georgia Performance Standards, career clusters, and FBLA goals. BAA activities are incorporated into the business classes at Cook High School. Students are recognized at the local level for the Future and Business levels, while the Leader and America levels are recognized at the FBLA State Leadership Conference. The prestigious America level is also recognized at the FBLA National Leadership Conference. In addition to recognition through FBLA, members who complete the Future and Business levels also earn a pin to wear on their graduation bibs. Students who also complete the Leader and America levels earn a decorative chain to wear with their pin at graduation.
