The Georgia FBLA State theme for 2016-2017 is Time to Shine! Cook High FBLA members have been showing their leadership skills by participating in local, region, and state projects and competitions. FBLA members have been busy this year with community and school service projects, honoring faculty/staff, providing baby supplies to new mothers, and helping with clothing and toys for the Toys for Cook Kids program. The local club meets monthly and enjoys participating in school activities and events. Cook High advisers are Mrs. Lori Carter, Mrs. Jenny Pitts, and Mrs. Marsha Tillman.
Future Business Leaders of America is a nonprofit education association with a quarter million students preparing for careers in business and business-related fields. FBLA is the largest business career student organization in the world.
