The officers of 2020 attended FUEL, in which they participated in many workshops. One of which was about key tips of presentations. The workshop was run by Ajinkya Gundaria who is the FBLA State Secretary. In it Gundaria states that impressions are made in the first 7 seconds, as well as having good posture which shows confidence. Gundaria goes on to mention as proving you’re a good speaker making sure you are prepared. It is important that you make sure you have everything especially a back up plan in case you have a technical problem . To be a good speaker you have to make sure that you are not afraid of making mistakes, know how to slip past your mistakes that way a judge will not notice. Make sure you scan the room as well as do not be afraid of the judges. Showing confidence and being in control of your presentation. Most of all have fun, if you do not have fun your audience will not have fun.
