One of the most overlooked ways of raising money is partnering with businesses. Companies such as Chipotle, Krispy Kreme, and many more all offer various ways for organizations, such as FBLA, to raise money.
One great example is Krispy Kreme’s doughnut fundraiser. Local chapters can buy boxes of dozens of doughnuts at discounted prices, and then sell doughnuts individually to make profits.
Another great company that helps with fundraising is Chipotle. Local chapters can partner with Chipotle and designate a particular night where 50% of the profits go to the local chapter. With planning and proper execution, chapters can bring in involvement from the entire community and truly make this fundraising event a success!
These are just two bigger companies that offer fundraising help for organizations and are by no means the extent of partnerships. Check with your local businesses to determine if/how they are willing to help! Partnerships ultimately bring awareness to the company and help you raise money, a win-win situation for everyone.
