If your chapter had new members join in the new year, now is a great time to mentor those new recruits and make the most of their FBLA experience. Show them the ropes and invite them to participate in community service projects or attend chapter social events! Ask a high school FBLA member for help on your competitive event for State Leadership Conference or ask if you can attend a high school meeting. Making connections with new members or members in other chapters is a great way to put yourself out there and make new friends.
