The Gold Seal chapter award of merit is a special chapter recognition program named after Hollis and Kitty Guy. This program recognizes the top 15% percent of chapters in the nation! In order to qualify for the Gold Seal Chapter Award of Merit, you must compete in the Georgia FBLA chapter of the year program. Getting involved in the chapter of the year program is quite simple. In actuality, chapters host multiple events that are counted towards the chapter of the year program, it’s just a matter of documenting those events. Once you get into the habit of documenting your chapter activities, you’ll find it easier to progress towards the Gold Seal chapter award of merit program. Last year, Georgia FBLA had over 50 outstanding chapters obtain this award! So, let’s get to work and try to top last years total!
