Hart County High School FBLA hosted a guest speaker, Mr. Heaton, a local banker, on October 13. Mr. Heaton spoke to members about the process and importance of budgeting, how to open a checking account, and the positives & negatives of credit cards. It was an interactive discussion; students learned some important financial information. Mr. Heaton shared stories to help increase interest as well as understanding. It was a good learning experience!
