Meetings can be a great social aspect of your local FBLA chapter. Most schools have meetings on set schedule, such as the third Wednesday of every month, or the 22nd Monday of the year. Let’s say your school has over 5,000 students and 355 members. It would be close to impossible for every single member to be familiar with each other on a first name basis. In order to develop a stronger chapter, it would be great to hold a simple social meeting rather than the meeting where you are distributing important information. Be sure to include different elements into the social such as food, decorations, and really good music.
