Officers of the Seminole County High School chapter of Future Business Leaders of America participated in Summer Leadership and Officer Training Summit (SLOTS) held July 21 at Crisp County High School in Cordele. The training was one of five separate officer training day camps held around the state July 20-23 for Georgia FBLA local chapter officers and leaders.
The training camps are meant to prepare local chapter officers and other leaders for upcoming duties and roles. Not only were they trained for specific duties, but they also developed a stronger officer team through chapter strategic planning sessions. Mrs. Kim Orrick, Adviser, accompanied the group to Cordele.
Officers attending from SCHS were (L-R) Mycala, Reporter; Addie, Historian; Cecilia, President; Sarai; Alyssa, Vice-President; Taylor, Treasurer; and Rebecca, Secretary.
