Swainsboro’s CTSO Host Retired Teachers Meeting

On Wednesday, September 16, the monthly meeting of the Emanuel County Retired Teacher’s Association was held at Swainsboro High School.  Swainsboro High School’s Career and Technical Student Organization members and advisers served as the official hosts of the meeting that featured Dr. Kevin Judy, Superintendent of Emanuel County Schools, as guest speaker.  Mrs. Bobbie Daughtry, president of the Emanuel County Retired Teachers group, introduced the speaker and thanked the Swainsboro High School CTSOs for hosting and preparing the meal and participating in the program.  Hannah G., SHS FBLA President, addressed the group on behalf of SHS FBLA.  She discussed one of our community service project activities for the year and asked for children’s book donations from the group.
