FBLA Week Kicks off with the Mayor

The Emanuel County Institute FBLA chapter in Twin City, will be celebrating FBLA-PBL Week.  To kick off the celebration, the officer team met with Twin City Mayor Eileen Dudley at which time she signed a proclamation declaring February 8-12, 2016 as FBLA Week.  Among the many activities scheduled for this special week are: Trivia day, T-Shirt Day, Professional Attire Day, and Teacher and Member Appreciation Day.  Another activity will be a trip to the local nursing home to donate socks to the residents.  Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. (FBLA-PBL) is a nonprofit student organization that prepares students for careers in business and business education. Its 250,000-plus members and advisors in 12,000 chartered chapters include students from the United States, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Europe.
