Business Achievement Award Activity of the Week (Business Activity 17)

“Prepare an agenda for two (2) chapter meetings.”

This activity was created to promote communication between local chapter members regarding meetings. Not only can a published agenda promote attendance and involvement at meetings, but it can also incorporate order and procedure into local meetings. An agenda is extremely helpful in keeping chapter meetings on task and on track. By preparing agendas for chapter meetings, members not only gain experience in communication, but they can learn how to successfully conduct an organized meeting.
