Douglas County High School FBLA paired with the Douglasville and Carrollton’s Optimist club at the first annual DCHS Fall Festival providing a mini-golf booth. Attendees were able to putt three holes of golf and received a glow in the dark bracelet and some candy as their reward. Many of the youth and some of the adults indicated that they had never had the opportunity to play mini-golf. Members of both the DCHS FBLA and the Optimists Club helped show them how to hold the putter and aim their shots. Approximately 1,000 bracelets were given out during the event.
