One-day: $70 fee Two-day: $80 fee Fee covers lunch & t-shirt.

Additional late payment penalties begin on October 25.  $25 per chapter plus additional $10 per unpaid individual.

Also deadline for substitutions, changes, & cancellations. Late fee: $90 (one-day) Late fee: $100 (two-day) Substitution/change/cancel fee: $20 per change
